CVOR Tech Surgical Services (Level 1 Trauma) — Indianapolis, IN
$54.12/hour — Join a surgical services team supporting complex Level 1 Trauma cases. This assignment offers a 4x10 schedule (11:00–21:30) with weekly pay via direct deposit, plus a comprehensive benefits package and referral bonus. Start date: 05/04/2026.

What You’ll Do
  • Receive pump lines from perfusion and prepare for cannulation
  • Assist with specialty surgical cases, including complex cardiac and vascular procedures
  • Support Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair and related vascular interventions
  • Prepare and support procedures such as EVAR, TEVAR, and endovascular case workflows
  • Contribute to care for structural heart and valve procedures, including valve replacements and TAVR
  • Support cardiothoracic and thoracic surgery cases (including TEVAR and thoracic endovascular repair)
  • Help with preparation and support for advanced surgical procedures, including VAD cases and (as indicated) transplant-related surgery cases
What You Need
Required
  • BCLS and NBSTSA
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center
  • Case exposure in Vascular and Thoracic (Surgery Cases)

Preferred
  • Experience with a wide range of cardiothoracic/vascular cases, including (as applicable): CABG, carotid endarterectomy, mitral valve replacement, robotic-assisted cardiac surgery, VSD/ASD repairs, and endovascular aneurysm repair
  • First-time travelers accepted if they have Level 1 Trauma experience
About the Assignment
You’ll be supporting surgical services at a leading facility in Indianapolis, IN, working alongside a team handling complex Level 1 Trauma and cardiothoracic/vascular procedures. The shift runs 11:00–21:30 (4x10). Interview availability: please provide 2–3 days of availability when submitting candidates.

Call Requirement: 90–120 hours of call in a 6-week schedule (schedule details coordinated with the facility).
