What You’ll Do
Assist in a variety of cardiac and vascular surgeries, including CABG, TAVR, EVAR, and more
Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments and equipment
Support the surgical team during complex procedures on cardiovascular and vascular cases
Monitor patient status and ensure safety during intraoperative phases
Follow strict protocols for infection control and surgical safety
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure smooth surgical operations
What You Need Required:
Valid NBSTSA or NCCT certification
BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of experience as a CVOR or surgical tech with cardiac and vascular cases
Ability to work up to 2 weekends per month, on-call as needed
Preferred:
Experience with advanced cardiac devices and vascular procedures
Familiarity with Excellian/Epic charting systems

This assignment is with a Magnet and Teaching hospital featuring 672 staffed beds and comprehensive surgical programs. You will support a busy Surgical Services unit specializing in complex cardiovascular and vascular cases, working alongside a dedicated team committed to excellence in patient care.
