What You’ll Do
Assist with a variety of complex cardiac, vascular, and thoracic surgeries
Prepare and monitor pump lines from perfusion for cannulation
Support procedures such as Aneurysm Repair, CABG, Valve Replacement, TAVR, EVAR, and heart/lung transplantation
Ensure sterile field and assist surgical team with intraoperative tasks
Maintain high standards of patient safety and surgical precision during procedures
Document intraoperative activities accurately and efficiently
What You Need
Required:
Valid BCLS and NBSTSA certification
At least 2 years of CVOR experience, including Level 1 Trauma Center exposure
Experience with vascular, thoracic, and cardiac surgical cases
Ability to commit to a 6-week schedule with 90-120 hours of call over that period
Preferred:
Experience with advanced procedures such as TAVR, EVAR, and heart/lung transplants
