Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of CVOR and general OR experience.
Epic EMR/EHR experience.
Valid and current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and CPI (CPI can be obtained at the facility for $100).
Proven ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure surgical setting.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice to Have Skills:
Additional certifications related to cardiovascular or surgical nursing.
Experience with other electronic health record systems.
Prior experience in a travel nursing role.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate degree or higher in Nursing (BSN preferred).
At least 2 years of CVOR experience in a hospital setting.
Other Requirements:
Availability for day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:30 - 17:00).
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced surgical environment.
Current state nursing license.
Willingness to comply with facility-specific policies and procedures.
