Pay & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $75.62/hour

What You’ll Do
Provide expert perioperative nursing care for cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular surgeries
Assist with transplant procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes
Coordinate with surgical teams to prepare and scrub in for complex procedures
Monitor patient vitals and respond to intraoperative changes
Document accurately in EPIC charting system
Maintain sterile field and adhere to all safety protocols
Support patient recovery and communicate effectively with surgical and support teams
What You Need
Required:
Valid RN license in Ohio
2+ years in cardiac, vascular, or transplant nursing
1+ year CVOR experience
Scrub experience in OR, Cardiovascular, Thoracic, or Vascular surgeries
BLS certification
Proficiency with EPIC or similar charting systems
Preferred:
Experience in a Level I Trauma facility
Flexibility for night shifts and rotating weekends
