What You’ll Do
Provide specialized nursing care to cardiac ICU patients
Monitor and manage patients on ventilators, Swan-Ganz catheters, balloon pumps, and PA lines
Administer conscious sedation and manage telemetric devices
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and quality care
Float between units as needed within the facility’s acuity levels
Document patient data accurately in Epic electronic health record system
What You Need
Required:
Valid RN license in Ohio or eligible for licensure
BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum of 2 years ICU experience, preferably in Cardiac ICU
Skills in IV starts, telemetry, ventilators, Swan-Ganz, conscious sedation, balloon pumps, PA lines, Epic experience
Preferred:
Previous travel nursing experience
Experience managing cardiac-specific devices and procedures
