What You’ll Do
Provide expert nursing care in the Cardiovascular ICU setting
Monitor patients with complex cardiac conditions, including those on balloon pumps, Swan-Ganz lines, IVs, ventilators, and telemetry
Administer conscious sedation and manage critical patient needs
Respond swiftly to patient status changes with clinical expertise
Document care accurately in Epic EMR system
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
What You Need
Active RN license in Ohio or eligible for licensure
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of experience in cardiac ICU preferred
Proficiency in Telemetry, Vents, Swan-Ganz, and Epic EMR system
Ability to float between units and manage complex patient cases
