What You Will Do:
As a CT Technologist, you will operate CT imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images used by physicians to diagnose and treat patients. You will collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality imaging procedures, adhere to safety protocols, and maintain excellent patient care standards. Your role is essential in supporting accurate diagnoses through advanced imaging technology.
Required Skills:
Valid ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology, with specialized CT certification preferred.
Proven experience operating CT imaging equipment.
Strong understanding of medical imaging protocols and safety standards.
Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced healthcare environments.
Attention to detail and strong technical aptitude.
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient imaging center.
Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Bilingual abilities to assist diverse patient populations.
Additional certifications such as CPR or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical imaging experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.
Other Requirements:
Availability for evening shifts, primarily 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM on an every-other-week basis.
California state licensure and ARRT certification required.
Flexibility to travel or work at different locations as needed.
Compliance with health and safety regulations, including vaccinations and background checks.
