Required Skills:
Certified as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT registration) and licensed in the state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Minimum of 2 years' experience working as an allied health professional in a clinical setting
Proficiency in digital imaging systems, PACS, and Windows applications
Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and patient positioning techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle complex tasks with attention to detail and safety
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with cardiac and peripheral vascular imaging procedures
Knowledge of radiation dose monitoring and safety standards
Familiarity with hospital information systems (HIS) and electronic medical records (EMR)
Ability to adapt to a high-pressure environment and work effectively in a team
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate degree in Radiologic Sciences is required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
At least 2 years of hands-on experience performing diagnostic imaging in a hospital or outpatient facility
Other Requirements:
Ability to work flexible hours, including 12-hour day shifts, weekends, and on-call rotations
Willingness to maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local radiation and safety standards
Physical ability to lift, transfer, and position patients in accordance with safety protocols
Must remain current with industry regulations, certifications, and best practices
