Job Description:
This position requires an experienced Radiologic Technologist specializing in CT imaging. The candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in Radiology and be proficient in all aspects of CT, including patient positioning, exposure factors, and radiation protection. Certifications such as ARRT-R (Radiography), ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography), and BLS are required upon hire unless otherwise specified. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with physicians, patients, visitors, and staff, maintaining a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced environment. The shift is 12-hour nights, with a schedule requiring flexibility.
Qualifications include
Minimum education from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
One year of radiology experience with preference for CT experience
Ability to perform all ACR and manufacturer-recommended quality control tests
Strong understanding of anatomy, pathology, and radiation safety protocols
Ability to work independently and under pressure, multitask effectively, and communicate professionally with diverse customers
Note:
All certifications are required upon hire unless noted otherwise. Willingness to obtain necessary certifications if not already held is essential.
