Join Our Team as a CT Tech Radiology / Cardiology – Make a Difference in Emergency Care
Are you an experienced CT Technologist passionate about providing critical imaging support in fast-paced, high-stakes environments? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our dynamic team at a Level I trauma center, serving a diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality CT scans across various anatomical regions, including abdomen, pelvis, chest, head/neck, spine, musculoskeletal, and brain perfusion.
Operate advanced CT equipment with precision to capture diagnostic images.
Support patient comfort and safety throughout procedures, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Participate in on-call rotations to respond to urgent clinical needs.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CT Technician.
Current BLS and ARRT certifications are mandatory.
Advanced ARRT certification is preferred.
Proficiency with Siemens CT scanners and Epic electronic health record system.
Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties.
Strong communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure in emergency settings.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with other imaging modalities.
Additional certifications or specialized training in trauma or emergency radiology.
Familiarity with community hospital environments and multidisciplinary care teams.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Certification and licensing as a Radiologic Technologist.
At least one year of relevant CT imaging experience in a hospital or trauma setting.
Experience working in high-acuity, emergency, or critical care environments.
Other Requirements:
Flexibility to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) on a 12-hour schedule.
Ability to work every third weekend and participate in call rotations every six weeks.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
