Required Skills:
Valid Nebraska Radiography license
Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography or Computed Tomography
CPR Certification
Proficiency in CT imaging procedures and protocols
Strong attention to detail and patient-centered approach
Ability to operate and troubleshoot CT equipment effectively
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with Cerner charting system
Additional certifications in advanced imaging or related specialties
Previous experience in a critical access or rural hospital setting
Bilingual abilities for diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
No minimum experience required but prior experience is advantageous
Other Requirements:
Must be available for a rotating schedule including every third weekend shift and holiday rotations
On-call duties required 1-2 nights per week and every third weekend; must call in at least 2 hours prior to shift start if unable to attend
Flu vaccination or wearing a mask during flu season as per vaccine policy
Availability to start on 04/06/2026
Shift: Four 10-hour shifts, potentially changing to five 8-hour shifts
On-call/callback responsibilities aligned with department needs
Initially required to work in a 15-bed Critical Access Hospital, with a team of three techs
Competitive pay is offered at $95,160 annually, with an hourly rate of $45.77. Benefit packages include weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage, a robust referral bonus program, paid sick leave, licensure and certification reimbursements, travel stipends if applicable, and a $2,000 sign-on incentive paid within 90 days of employment.
