What You’ll Do
Perform a variety of advanced CT imaging procedures including abdomen, pelvis, head, neck, chest, and musculoskeletal.
Assist physicians with contrast administration, CT angiographies, and multiplanar reconstructions.
Operate GE and Siemens imaging equipment in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Collaborate with EPIC and Synapse-Fuji systems for documentation and communication.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
Maintain equipment and adhere to infection control protocols.
Float across different departments as needed, including trauma and stroke units.
What You Need
Required:
ARRT and RT(R)(CT) certification
BLS certification
Minimum 2 years CT experience, including trauma and stroke imaging
Experience with GE and Siemens CT scanners
Proficiency in EPIC and Synapse-Fuji platforms
Ability to work night shifts and weekends
Preferred:
Outpatient, NICU, PICU experience
Phlebotomy, biopsies, and aspirate skills
IV start and drainage procedures
About the Assignment
This assignment at a comprehensive trauma and stroke center involves high-acuity diagnostic imaging with an average of 98 patients daily.
