Required Skills:
Valid Louisiana State License and active CRT licensure
Current BLS certification
2+ years of experience in respiratory therapy and neuro diagnostics
EPIC electronic medical record experience
Proficiency in neuro diagnostic equipment and procedures
Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have Skills:
ACLS and PALS certifications
NICU experience
Experience with travel assignments
Additional certifications in respiratory or neuro diagnostics
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy or related field
Prior experience working in NICU settings preferred
At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
Other Requirements:
Night shift availability: 3 x 12-hour shifts (18:30 – 06:30)
Every other weekend and holiday availability
Willingness to travel as needed
Certification NRP (pending approval for travelers)
Reliable transportation and ability to adhere to scheduled shifts
