Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience
EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system experience
Current BLS, NRP, and RRT certifications
Strong knowledge of neonatal ICU protocols and neuro diagnostics
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have Skills:
ACLS and PALS certifications
Experience working in a NICU setting
Ability to adapt to high-pressure situations
Prior experience with neuro diagnostic procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy, Nursing, or related field
Prior NICU and neuro diagnostics experience
Two or more years of hands-on clinical practice in respiratory or neuro diagnostics
Other Requirements:
Night shift availability: 4x12-hour shifts (18:30 - 06:30)
Availability to work every other weekend and holidays
Flexibility to travel and accommodate on-call or additional hours as needed
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $56.95, accompanied by comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, paid sick leave, licensure and certification reimbursements, and a vibrant team dedicated to your success.
