Required Skills:
Current and valid CRNA certification/licensure.
Proven experience in anesthesia administration and patient monitoring.
Strong understanding of anesthesia equipment and safety protocols.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
Ability to adapt to various clinical settings and patient needs.
Nice to Have Skills:
Advanced knowledge of pediatric or obstetric anesthesia.
Experience with regional anesthesia techniques.
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a CRNA.
Experience in hospital, surgical center, or outpatient surgical settings preferred.
Other Requirements:
Availability for at least one week at a time if traveling from out of state; preferably longer.
For in-state candidates, availability of at least 1-2 days per week.
Ability to provide documentation of licensure, certifications, and immunizations.
Willingness to participate in additional training or regular credentialing as required.
Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
