Required Skills:
Current licensure as a CRNA in West Virginia
Certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS
Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience
Proficiency in anesthesia administration for all age groups and various surgical procedures
Strong communication and professional interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working across multiple hospital departments and outpatient centers
Familiarity with Cerner electronic medical records
Flexibility with shift schedules, including weekends (not exclusively), and ability to work 3-5 days per week
Prior experience in a busy hospital or ambulatory surgery center environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
Graduate degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
Prior experience in general, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, neuro, or cardiac anesthesia
Demonstrated ability to handle complex cases with minimal supervision
Other Requirements:
Ability to obtain and maintain hospital credentialing within 60-90 days
Willingness to work a variety of shifts: 12-hour, 8-hour, or overnight shifts (night shift from 19:00-07:00)
Must be able to work at multiple hospitals within close proximity, primarily at Memorial
