Required Skills:
Current state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and treatment plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to monitor patient progress and adjust interventions accordingly
Proficient in documenting patient information and maintaining accurate records
Compassionate approach to patient care and recovery support
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Bilingual abilities to communicate with diverse patient populations
Knowledge of assistive devices and adaptive equipment
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy Assisting from an accredited program
Prior experience working with long-term care residents preferred

Must hold valid licensure or certification as required by state regulations
Ability to work daytime hours with flexibility as needed
Willingness to travel for training or patient needs when applicable
Clearance for background check and immunity requirements
