Main location is based in San Francisco NOT Burlingame
Providers will be floated between facility’s sister sites working high acuity inpatient centers as well as options for ambulatory surgery centers. Providers must be able to cover both inpatient and outpatient procedures. NO cardiac liver or neuro cases.
Floating sister facilities include:
Bay Front
Mt. Zion
Mission Bay
Ortho Institue
Parnassus
Burlingame

Rate is ALL INCLUSIVE
Contract Length: 26 weeks
Work Details:
• Support staff: CRNA
• Amount of coverage needed per month: Full-Time preferred preferred: 2 weeks/mo - Will consider 1 week/mo
• Patient population/age: adults and adolescents 13yo
• Department description: Hospital OR coverage typically only takes on general cases on occasion regional cases as well.
• EMR: EPIC
• Skills required:
Regional skills strongly preferred but not required

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Required. Willing to consider truly board eligible especially if they’re fellowship trained.
• State license required: Yes State of CA
• DEA: Yes CA with Schedule 2/2n
• CSR: N/A
• Certifications preferred: BLS ACLS - must be AHA
• Certifications required:
• Minimum experience required:
• Must have at least 2 years anesthesiology experience.
• Must have recent experience at tertiary care centers
Will predominantly work solo in the operating room only occasionally overseeing CRNAs
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 – 90 days
