What You'll Do:
Provide general anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures including GYN, OB, vascular, urology, neuro/spine, ortho, ENT, dental, EP, and GI.
Support cardiac cases such as open-heart and TAVRs, including TEE monitoring and skills.
Cover hospital and surgery center cases in a community hospital setting.
Participate in scheduled weekday and weekend call rotations, including solo MD/DO call coverage.
Collaborate with anesthesia tech support and CRNAs/CAAs for your cases.
What You Need:
WI medical license
Board certification in Anesthesiology (preferred)
Experience with a variety of procedures and equipment, including TEE
Ability to work independently during call coverage

This assignment involves providing anesthesia services across a mix of hospital and surgery center environments in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. The facility supports both medical-directed cases with CRNAs/CAAs and solo anesthesiology coverage, including cardiac cases requiring TEE skills. The schedule offers a blend of day shifts and on-call duties designed to balance professional responsibilities with personal time.
