Join Our Team as an Admin of Physician Practice – Be a Key Leader in Healthcare Excellence

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Admin of Physician Practice to oversee our multi-specialty physician clinics, Radiation, and Hematology Oncology Centers. This vital role combines strategic leadership with operational expertise to ensure exceptional patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Lead with purpose and help shape the future of healthcare delivery in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Rural Health Clinic Administrator Certification
  • Minimum of five years management or supervisory experience in healthcare settings
  • In-depth knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payers
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software, EHR systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional organizational and strategic thinking abilities

Nice to Have Skills
  • Prior experience in multi-specialty practices or oncology settings
  • Knowledge of financial management and fiscal oversight
  • Certifications in healthcare management or related areas
  • Experience working with diverse healthcare teams and patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred
  • At least five years of healthcare management experience, with a proven track record of operational success and leadership in similar environments

Other Requirements
  • Valid Rural Health Clinic Administrator Certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Willingness to stay updated on healthcare industry changes and regulatory requirements
  • This position offers an hourly pay rate of $74.10 and is scheduled for 8-hour days
