Experience: Minimum required experience in Med/Surg nursing
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $54.94 per hour

What You'll Do
Provide direct patient care on Med/Surg units, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
Obtain and document initial patient assessments and continuously monitor patient progress
Develop and modify individualized care plans based on patient evaluations
Collaborate with healthcare team members, physicians, and families to coordinate care
Perform Point of Care testing and assist with patient education and discharge planning
Accurately document interventions and patient outcomes in EPIC EMR
Support Nursing standards of care and unit policies
What You Need
Required:
Valid RN license (NM or compact state)
BLS certification from AHA
1+ years of recent Med/Surg nursing experience
Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach
Preferred:
Experience floating between departments within Med/Surg units
Knowledge of EPIC EMR system
