We are seeking dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our travel team, delivering exceptional medical and surgical care during night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Required Skills:
Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact state license
BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)
Proven clinical proficiency in Medical/Surgical nursing
Knowledge of age-specific patient care and safe clinical practices
Excellent communication skills appropriate to patient developmental stages
Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
Physical capacity for prolonged standing, walking, and patient handling
Familiarity with infection control protocols, including bloodborne pathogen standards
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous travel nursing experience
Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS
Bilingual abilities
Experience working in high-acuity environments
Preferred Education and Experience:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Prior experience in Medical/Surgical units, preferred
Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience
Other Requirements:
Valid RN licensure in New Mexico or a compact state
BLS Certification maintained without expiration
Flexibility to work varied hours, including emergencies and schedule changes
Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and stressful situations
Willingness to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Travel responsibilities where applicable
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $54.94
Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit
