What You Will Bring:
Valid RN license in the state of employment or a compact state
Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA)
At least 1 year of recent experience in emergency nursing or a similar inpatient setting
Ability to independently assess patient needs, prioritize care, and execute complex treatments
Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity
Capacity to handle high-stress situations effectively
Flexibility for floating to different units if needed, with minimal expectation due to census
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher
Prior travel or multi-shift nursing experience
Experience managing care for diverse patient populations
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Additional Requirements:
Must complete New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days if newly hired
Participation in orientation programs or residency is encouraged
A minimum of six weekend days per six-week schedule and two on-call shifts each period are required
Travel and other reimbursements are available where applicable
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $60.30
