Shift: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Shift Length: 12 hours
Hours/Week: 36+ hours (based on schedule)
Employment Type: Full-Time Travel Contract
License/Certifications: NM RN License or Compact State License, BLS, ACLS (additional certifications may be required)
Experience: Minimum of required clinical experience per unit needs
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $53.60/hour

What You’ll Do
Provide patient-centered care for diverse patient populations during night shifts
Obtain initial assessments and prioritize care based on patient needs
Re-assess and modify care plans based on ongoing patient evaluations
Document interventions and evaluate patient outcomes
Collaborate with healthcare team members, staff, and physicians
Support patient and family education and discharge planning
Perform Point of Care testing as required
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies
What You Need
Current New Mexico RN license or valid compact state license
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
Relevant clinical experience as per unit requirements
Flexibility to float across units and work on call and weekend shifts
