Licenses/Certifications: Current NM RN license or Compact license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC (required), CPI or similar preferred
Experience: Minimum relevant RN experience in Emergency Department preferred

What You’ll Do
Provide emergency care to diverse patient populations in a fast-paced ER setting
Obtain and document initial patient assessments, establishing care priorities
Reassess patients throughout their stay to monitor progress and identify needs
Develop and update individualized plans of care, ensuring timely interventions
Perform Point of Care testing and support patient and family education
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality, safe, and efficient care delivery
Document all patient interactions and follow hospital policies and procedures
What You Need
Valid New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (required)
CPI or similar certification preferred
Experience in emergency or critical care nursing preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
