Experience: Previous ER experience preferred
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $56.28/hour

What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations during night shifts
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Assess, prioritize, and respond swiftly to emergency situations
Document patient conditions and care provided accurately and timely
Follow hospital protocols and safety procedures
Adapt to floating assignments based on census and acuity levels
Maintain compliance with all certification and licensing requirements
What You Need
Required:
Valid New Mexico RN license or current Compact license
BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications from AHA
Experience in emergency nursing or critical care preferred Preferred:
TNCC or ATCN certification
CPI or similar de-escalation training
Ability to work flexible night hours and handle stressful situations
