Hourly Pay Rate: $53.60/hour

What You’ll Do
Provide specialized nursing care for patients in the Digestive Health unit
Assess patient needs and document initial assessments
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care
Reassess patients regularly and adjust care plans as needed
Administer medications, perform point-of-care testing, and document interventions
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality and safe patient care
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
What You Need
Valid RN license in New Mexico or a compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Up to 2 years of RN experience; new grads considered at CN I level
Strong clinical skills and patient-focused approach
Good communication and teamwork skills
