Experience: Previous critical care experience recommended

What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a busy ICU setting
Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patient status
Develop and adjust patient care plans tailored to individual needs
Perform Point of Care testing procedures
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and discharge procedures
Document interventions and patient progress accurately and promptly
Support unit staff through effective communication and teamwork
What You Need
Required:
Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact state license
BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications from AHA
Critical care nursing experience
Preferred:
Previous ICU experience
Ability to float between units as needed
Strong communication and clinical skills
