Hourly Pay Rate: $56.95

What You’ll Do
Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment
Obtain and document initial patient assessments, establish care priorities
Re-assess patients regularly to monitor progress and modify plans accordingly
Develop and implement personalized care plans within established standards
Perform Point of Care testing and other clinical procedures
Educate patients and families on health needs and discharge planning
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Support unit operations by delegating and coordinating patient care activities
What You Need
Current New Mexico RN license or valid compact state license
BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications from AHA
Minimum experience in a critical care setting preferred
Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
