Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12 hours)

Licensure/Certifications: NM RN license or Compact license, BLS, ACLS, TNCC
Experience: Prior critical care experience preferred

Hourly Pay Rate: $56.95/hour

What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality critical care nursing for adult patients in a fast-paced environment
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and establish care priorities according to age and condition
Develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with hospital standards
Perform Point of Care testing and document interventions accurately
Collaborate with physicians, staff, patients, and families to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Delegate tasks appropriately and supervise support staff as needed
Participate in patient education, discharge planning, and quality improvement initiatives
What You Need
Required:
Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact license
BLS, ACLS, TNCC certifications from AHA
Minimum of 1-2 years of critical care or ICU experience
Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic preferred)
Ability to work a 12-hour night shift with flexibility
Preferred:
Experience in a hospital setting with adult critical care units
Strong communication and teamwork skills
