What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-quality critical care nursing for adult patients in a fast-paced environment
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and establish care priorities according to age and condition
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with hospital standards
  • Perform Point of Care testing and document interventions accurately
  • Collaborate with physicians, staff, patients, and families to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Delegate tasks appropriately and supervise support staff as needed
  • Participate in patient education, discharge planning, and quality improvement initiatives


What You Need

  • Required:
    • Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact license
    • BLS, ACLS, TNCC certifications from AHA
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of critical care or ICU experience
    • Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic preferred)
    • Ability to work a 12-hour night shift with flexibility

  • Preferred:
    • Experience in a hospital setting with adult critical care units
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
