What You’ll Do
  • Perform cardiac and interventional procedures following departmental protocols
  • Assist in patient preparation and orientation for procedures
  • Provide patient care and ensure safety during procedures in the Cath Lab
  • Operate imaging and related equipment accurately and maintain documentation
  • Maintain supplies and equipment, ensuring a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to radiation safety principles for patients and staff
  • Participate in on-call coverage (10-12 days/month, including weekends)
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and team members to foster positive experiences

What You Need
  • Required:
    • ARRT certification or eligibility
    • New Mexico State licensure
    • BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Graduate of accredited radiologic technology program
    • Minimum 1 year radiologic experience preferred
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in interventional cardiology or radiology procedures
    • Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and imaging techniques
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
