License/Certifications: Current New Mexico RN license or Compact State license, BLS, ACLS
Experience: 1+ years of OR/Surgery nursing preferred
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $58.96 per hour
Pay Package: Competitive pay discussed upon application

What You’ll Do:
Provide specialized surgical patient care in the Operating Room
Assist during various surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies swiftly
Collaborate with surgical teams, physicians, and staff to optimize patient outcomes
Follow facility protocols and safety standards diligently
Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Adhere to infection control and safety procedures in a sterile environment
What You Need:
Valid New Mexico RN license or valid Compact State license
BLS and ACLS certifications via AHA
1+ years recent OR/Surgery nursing experience
Strong clinical skills and ability to handle emergency situations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
Prior travel nursing experience
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to schedule changes
