Licenses/Certifications: NM RN license or compact license, BLS, ACLS, PALS (or ENPC), TNCC or ATCN, CPI preferred
Experience: 1+ year ER experience preferred

What You’ll Do
Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, managing acute illnesses and injuries for a diverse patient population
Assess patient condition, develop and implement care plans
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document patient information accurately and efficiently
Respond to emergency situations calmly and effectively
Support low census float staffing by assisting across departments as needed
Adhere to all safety and hospital protocols
What You Need
Required:
Current New Mexico RN license or valid compact license
BLS, ACLS, PALS (or ENPC) certifications
1+ year of ER experience in a hospital setting
Preferred:
TNCC or ATCN certification
CPI or equivalent familiarity
