What You’ll Do
Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room based on the age of the patient population served.
Coordinate and implement patient care in a safe, efficient manner consistent with unit standards.
Deliver quality care while demonstrating safe clinical judgment and effectiveness in work habits.
Communicate clearly and concisely with patients, families, physicians, and team members.
Support a respectful care environment aligned with the unit’s mission, philosophy, and goals.
Respond effectively during urgent or emergency situations and help manage care during high-acuity needs.
Complete care activities in accordance with facility policies and applicable clinical standards.
What You Need
Required
Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state RN license
AHA BLS certification
AHA ACLS certification
AHA PALS certification (or ENPC)
TNCC or ATCN certification
Preferred
CPI or equivalent
