Hours/Week: 36-40 hours (based on scheduling)

License/Certs: RN License (State or Compact), BLS, EPIC experience preferred
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Medical/Surgical preferred
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $58.96/hour

What You’ll Do
Provide routine and complex nursing care for post-surgical and neuro patients in a MedSurg setting
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments following protocol, monitor patient responses
Document patient history, assessments, treatments, and progress accurately
Educate patients and families about their care and recovery processes
Engage in necessary patient assessments, including psychosocial and emotional needs
Support a team-driven approach to patient safety and quality care
What You Need
Valid RN license in Louisiana or in a states with a Compact agreement
BLS certification from AHA
1+ years of experience in Medical/Surgical nursing preferred
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment
