What You’ll Do:
Provide routine and complex patient care in a Med/Surg setting
Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor treatment effects
Document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care provided
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatments
Delegate and coordinate tasks with care team members as appropriate
Adhere to nursing standards and hospital protocols to ensure patient safety and quality of care
What You Need:
BLS certification from AHA
RN License in Louisiana or a compact state
Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities
