Required Skills
Valid RN license in Louisiana or a current Compact State license
BLS certification from AHA
ACLS certification from AHA
Minimum 1 year of critical care experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills
Experience managing a diverse patient population
Prior travel or ICU experience
Additional certifications such as CCRN
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
1+ years of critical care nursing experience
Other Requirements
Must be available for scheduled shifts, including every other weekend
No floating or on-call required
Willingness to work night shifts
Will attend a comprehensive orientation within the first 30 days of employment
Compliance with all organizational competency and licensure requirements
