Join Our Team as a Travel Registered Nurse – Telemetry Nights (Job ID: 41101)

As a Travel RN in our Telemetry unit, you will be part of a dedicated team providing exceptional cardiac care during night shifts, supporting patients with complex needs and making a meaningful difference every shift. Key Skills and Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state of employment or a compact license
BLS (American Heart Association) certification is required
ACLS (American Heart Association) certification is required
1-2 years of recent nursing experience, with at least 6 months in telemetry
Proven ability to practice independently, assess, plan, and evaluate patient care
Strong communication skills and cultural competence to address diverse patient needs
Ability to document accurately and provide patient education effectively
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in cardiac and telemetry units
Experience in bedside nursing with complex patient populations
Ability to delegate effectively and manage clinical contingencies
Prior experience in fast-paced hospital settings
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Prior telemetry and cardiac nursing experience highly valued
Minimum of 1 year in a related nursing specialty
Other Requirements:
Availability for 7 pm – 7 am shifts, every other weekend
No on-call required
Patient nurse ratio approximately 5:1 to 6:1, depending on staffing
Willingness to attend initial orientation and participate in ongoing competency evaluations
Ability to start immediately and work for an initial duration with potential for permanent placement
