Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity? Our hospital is looking for skilled Telemetry RNs to provide high-quality care during night shifts. Required Skills:
Valid RN license in the state of employment or a compact license
BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
ACLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
Minimum of 1 year recent experience in telemetry or related acute care settings
Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation, medication administration, and patient assessment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Strong documentation and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Epic EMR system experience
Experience with management of cardiac drips and complex arrhythmias
Prior traveler or agency nursing experience
Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred
At least 1 year of clinical experience in telemetry, cardiac step-down, or ICU environment
Proven ability to adapt quickly to new settings and protocols
Other Requirements:
Willingness to float to other units when necessary
Every other weekend commitment
No on-call requirement
Ability to work 7PM to 7AM night shifts
Compliance with all hospital policies and participation in orientation and competency assessments
Travel reimbursement, licensure, and certification reimbursements available where applicable
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $58.96
