Exciting Opportunity for Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RNs) – Night Shift
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Travel RN in the Emergency Room, working overnight hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $53.60, starting December 22, 2025. Play a vital role in providing high-acuity care to diverse patient populations, including stroke, cardiovascular, diabetes, wounds, behavioral health, and sepsis cases, in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Required Skills:
Valid RN license in the state of employment or compact licensure
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from AHA are mandatory
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a similar clinical setting
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize care effectively
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Previous experience working in high-acuity, emergency, or trauma settings
Experience with complex patient management and multi-disciplinary collaboration
Skills in patient education and family communication
Preferred Education and Experience:
BSN preferred; at least 1 year of relevant ER or high-acuity nursing experience
Successful completion of orientation and competency validations specific to emergency care environment
Other Requirements:
Night shift availability from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Attend New Nurse Orientation within the first 30 days of employment
Ability to work every other weekend; no on-call or floating requirements
Demonstrated ability to handle high-stress situations and manage multiple priorities effectively
