Pay & Benefits
  • Pay Rate: $50.25/hour

What You’ll Do
  • Assist in preparing patients for surgery while maintaining aseptic techniques
  • Set up the Operating Room by organizing instruments and supplies according to the specific case
  • Maintain sterile fields and pass instruments to surgical team members, including complex specialties like CVOR and Neurosurgery
  • Transport patients to and from the OR, position them appropriately, and care for biological specimens
  • Collaborate effectively with surgical teams across various specialties, including Transplants, Robotics, and more
  • Adhere to safety, sanitation, and infection control policies and procedures
  • Support perioperative teams in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

What You Need
Required:
  • Certified Surgical Technologist credential or LVN/LPN license
  • BLS certification (AHA)
  • Minimum of 2 years of surgical tech experience, including CVOR and Neurosurgery cases
  • Ability to scrub in at least 3 specialties, including neurology and transplant surgeries

Preferred:
  • Experience in General, Orthopedics, Plastics, Urology, ENT, and Vascular surgeries
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work 10-hour days
