Pay & Benefits
Pay Rate: $50.25/hour
Pay Package: Competitive pay package discussed upon application

What You’ll Do
Assist in preparing patients for surgery while maintaining aseptic techniques
Set up the Operating Room by organizing instruments and supplies according to the specific case
Maintain sterile fields and pass instruments to surgical team members, including complex specialties like CVOR and Neurosurgery
Transport patients to and from the OR, position them appropriately, and care for biological specimens
Collaborate effectively with surgical teams across various specialties, including Transplants, Robotics, and more
Adhere to safety, sanitation, and infection control policies and procedures
Support perioperative teams in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
What You Need
Required:
Certified Surgical Technologist credential or LVN/LPN license
BLS certification (AHA)
Minimum of 2 years of surgical tech experience, including CVOR and Neurosurgery cases
Ability to scrub in at least 3 specialties, including neurology and transplant surgeries
Preferred:
Experience in General, Orthopedics, Plastics, Urology, ENT, and Vascular surgeries
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work 10-hour days
