Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift – Corpus Christi, TX

Hourly Pay Rate: $53.60

What You’ll Do
Provide routine and complex nursing care to high-acuity patients recovering from cardio-thoracic surgery
Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient responses, and document findings
Assess psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and families; provide education as needed
Support patients on advanced devices such as Impella, Balloon Pump, Artic Sun, and CRRT; manage multiple drips
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute patient care plans
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and ANA scope of practice
Attend new nurse orientation and complete all required competencies within specified timelines
What You Need
Current RN license in Texas or a compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
At least 1 year of Critical Care experience preferred; new graduates considered
Knowledge of post-cardiac thoracic surgery recovery, high acuity patient management, and relevant medical devices
Strong assessment, communication, and multitasking skills
