What You’ll Do
Provide care for cardiovascular (open-heart) patients, supporting both CVOR and general OR procedures as needed
Document patient history, symptoms, medication administration, and care provided
Administer medications and treatments following proper protocols, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects
Support patient education and family communication regarding procedures and recovery
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and best practices in a fast-paced setting
What You Need Required:
Valid RN license in Texas or a compact state
BLS certification (AHA)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in CVOR or similar OR setting
