Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse ready to advance your career in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment? We are seeking compassionate, skilled RNs to provide exceptional care across diverse ED settings on a travel basis. What You’ll Do:
Deliver high-quality nursing care independently while demonstrating awareness of all relevant clinical aspects.
Perform routine and complex patient assessments, administer medications and treatments, and evaluate outcomes.
Collaborate effectively with care teams, delegate appropriately, and manage contingencies with professionalism.
Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families with sensitivity.
Document thoroughly, educate patients and families, and ensure compliance with all standards and protocols.
Work in a dynamic ED environment, providing safe, efficient, and compassionate care on a 12-hour night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
Required Skills:
Valid RN license in Texas or a compact state.
Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications through AHA.
Minimum 1 year of experience in emergency or critical care nursing preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage complex situations calmly and efficiently.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience across multiple emergency departments or diverse clinical settings.
Additional certifications or specialized training related to emergency nursing.
Bilingual abilities to communicate with diverse patient populations.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
At least one year of relevant nursing experience.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel and adapt to various ED locations as needed.
Participation in new nurse orientation and ongoing competency validations.
Availability to start on 10/13/2025 for a 12-hour night shift.
This full-time travel RN position offers a competitive hourly rate of $50.25, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
