What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
Conduct comprehensive assessments, develops care plans, and administers treatments
Monitor patient vital signs, medication effects, and overall condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
Document clinical encounters accurately and timely
Educate patients and families regarding conditions and care procedures
Manage and prioritize multiple emergent situations efficiently
What You Need
Required
Texas RN license or valid compact license
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (current)
Minimum 1 year of ER or urgent care nursing experience
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Preferred
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Experience in a similar hospital or ER setting
Familiarity with emergency protocols and procedures
