Required Skills:
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
Valid PT license in Texas
Current BLS certification (AHA only)
Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills
Ability to work independently and manage a patient load effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of orthopedic and neurological therapies
Ability to interpret patient data and modify treatment plans accordingly
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in inpatient or outpatient settings
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Bilingual abilities
Additional certifications in advanced therapy techniques
Preferred Education and Experience:
Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience in orthopedics and neurology
Prior travel therapy experience a plus
Other Requirements:
Valid PT license in Texas
Ability to travel and adapt to different clinical environments
Commitment to adhering to all standards of the Physical Therapy Practice Act
Availability to start on 01/12/2026
Willingness to work a 9-hour shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with early Fridays and potential make-up hours during the week
This full-time position offers an hourly pay rate of $60.30, complemented by competitive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), lucrative referral bonuses, paid sick leave, and travel or licensure reimbursements.
