What You’ll Do:
As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans for a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on orthopedic and neurological cases. Your responsibilities include conducting evaluations, interpreting results, setting realistic goals, and collaborating with physicians and care teams to optimize patient outcomes. You’ll be confident exercising clinical judgment and providing exceptional care in fast-paced, varied settings.
Required Skills:
Valid Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
Current PT license in Texas
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA recognized)
Strong assessment abilities and clinical judgment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to different clinical environments
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
Prior travel therapy experience
Bilingual abilities a plus
Familiarity with telehealth or electronic health records (EHR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in orthopedic or neurological settings
Previous travel therapy experience is advantageous but not mandatory
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel to various assignment locations
Ability to work a 9-hour day with potential for early Fridays and make-up hours during the week
Valid licensure and certifications valid for all assignment locations

This position offers an hourly pay rate of $60.30, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), a robust referral bonus program, and dedicated support from our team throughout your assignment.
