License/Certs: TX or Compact BLS (AHA), TX Licensure required
Experience: Prior outpatient or orthopedics experience highly preferred

Pay Rate: $60.30 per hour

What You’ll Do
Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic, balance, and pain management patients
Conduct patient evaluations, interpret results, and set measurable goals
Collaborate with physicians and care team members
Reassess patient progress regularly and adjust treatments accordingly
Identify equipment needs and educate patients and their families
Ensure adherence to all professional standards and legal requirements
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
What You Need
TX or Compact BLS certification (AHA)
Current TX Licensure or eligibility for licensure
Bachelor’s degree; Doctorate preferred
Minimum of 1 year of outpatient or orthopedic therapy experience
Strong clinical assessment skills, good judgment, and excellent communication skills
