Join Our Team as a 11104 - Per Diem Physical Therapist and Make a Meaningful Impact on Patient Care!
Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist passionate about enhancing patient recovery and well-being? We are seeking a skilled Per Diem Physical Therapist to provide vital therapy services within a dynamic healthcare setting. This role offers flexibility, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to work with a supportive team committed to your professional growth and success.
What You Will Do:
Assess, plan, evaluate, and implement personalized care for diverse patient populations.
Collaborate with physicians and care teams, utilizing your clinical expertise to determine the best interventions.
Identify and recommend appropriate equipment, involving patients and their families in care decisions.
Maintain strict adherence to all standards outlined in the Physical Therapy Practice Act.
Required Skills:
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
Valid LPT License in the state of Texas
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA
Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to independently evaluate and respond to patient needs
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in swing bed or inpatient care settings
Multidisciplinary teamwork experience
Additional certifications in specialized therapies or modalities
Preferred Education and Experience:
Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Prior experience in acute or rehabilitative care preferred but not mandatory
Other Requirements:
Availability to work 8-16 hours per week, primarily on Saturdays and Sundays (not guaranteed)
Expected start date: December 15, 2025
Compensation: $63.65 per hour
Travel or additional reimbursements as applicable
