Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $43.55/hr
Pay Package: Competitive pay package discussed upon application

What You'll Do:
Perform routine and complex blood bank laboratory procedures with excellent transfusion service skills
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment
Ensure quality control standards are met or exceeded
Process and handle patient specimens, including blood product testing and cross-matching
Document, verify, and report test results accurately
Assist in developing new testing protocols and procedures
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe transfusion practices
What You Need:
Valid Certification as MT, MLS, CLS, or MLT from ASCP, AMT, AAB, or HEW/HHS
Blood Banking expertise essential; SBB certification preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree or higher in laboratory science or equivalent training
One year of approved clinical laboratory experience preferred (including rotations in blood banking, microbiology, chemistry, hematology, immunology, urinalysis)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong attention to detail
